In recent years, we have a tradition at Raychip, to host our customers as part of an experiential tour in Bnei Brak. The goal is to make accessible, explain, and introduce customers to the environment from which the facts come. Usually during the daily work with the customers, we are the ones who reach out to our customers. The work model for the most part is teams that sit in our branches in: Bnei Brak: or Haifa and visit customers once a week according to the needs of the project. There are also teams that sit permanently at the customer’s home. The tour is the opportunity to bring the customers to us…we recently conducted another successful tour. We started by visiting the customers at the company’s offices and getting to know all the members of the management, human resources, and management teams, who regularly support the development teams. We continued with a tour of the city with an experienced local guide that included a visit to the famous Ponibej yeshiva, a conversation at the home of a matchmaker who told us about the world of matchmaking and the way to the Khufa in the sector, a tour of interesting points in the city and, of course, tasting a variety of Shabbat delicacies. We believe that knowledge, understanding, and recognition lead to better joint work.
